We want to take a moment to thank all of our amazing clients who trust us with their events! It's because of you we have this amazing business! 


We also want to say we understand if you decide to reschedule your event and although payments are NON- REFUNDABLE, we will gladly reschedule your booking to a new date.


Please understand the new date is subject to availability, so please contact us as soon as possible. 


If you are still deciding if you want us to decorate your event, feel free to secure your booking. We are being as flexible as possible with accommodating dates.


All balloon orders must be cancelled 48 hours prior to pick up/delivery. Any balloon defects must be made aware of within 30 minutes of receiving orders.
